These chairs are made in Germany, with all the solidity that this implies...No need to argue longer !

Made of beech wood from local ecologically-managed forests, regularly re-planted. Only the available wood is used, no overexploitation !
These chairs are laminated (seat and back).

Adjustable in height on several levels, down to floor -level. This is to be found in this chair only. Ideal for collectivities where you can find low tables, or when the child cannot climb in his chair alone or when he wants to be low seated.

Seating area and footrest adjustable separately, for a better sitting position and safety : your child's feet do not dangle.

Designed for small and older children, it can also be used by adults, for a longlasting use.

The back is made of a wooden shell, providing a feeling of safety : the child is totally wrapped.

Great stability, the child cannot rock forwards, backwards and sidewards.

You can also buy, in option, a tray or a safety arch, both with safety harness.

Automatic enterings will be considered proofs of nature, content and date of these orders. The latter will be validated by a confirmation email sent to the address given by the customer himself. Walter Literie EuropÃ©enne has the right to cancel any order sent by a customer with whom a dispute should exist as to a former order. Informations given by the customer at the date of order are the customer's own responsibility. Should an error occur in the customer's or addressee's data, the seller won't be considered as responsible for the impossibility to deliver the items. Orders are definitive only when paid by the customer.

Retraction period :

Legal retraction delay according to clause L 120-20 of the Consumer code, and modified by Bill nÂ° 2001-741 of August 23rd 2001 : the retraction delay is within 7 days after delivery. Retraction excluded (clause 121-20, line 3) in case of personalized items ordered (non-standard sizes, round corners, zippers...). Any exchange, cancelling or refund request must be addressed by registered letter with acknowledgement to the following address : WALTER LITERIE EUROPEENNE 25 RN 50, 62490 FRESNES LES MONTAUBAN. The returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and instructions. Delivery and return costs remain to the customer's charge. In that case, any taking back of an item will be followed by : either the sending of a refund cheque (amount equal to the item price, without the delivery charge), or a credit in favour of the customer, after having checked the quantity and quality of these returned items.

Delivery notice :

Deliveries are made within timescale stated at the time of order. Deliveries are subject to supplying possibilities of Walter Literie EuropÃ©enne. No cancelling of order and no damages demands, because of delivery delays, will be accepted. Delivery timescales will be suspended in case of absolute necessity, total or part time strikes, road accident, fire, flooding, total or partial disasters...
