Pocketed springs half-basket mattress from Walterbed.
Suspension obtained thanks to a biconic orthopaedic springs frame, highly resistant and thermostable (bonnel -type), assembled in helicoidal coils.
Perimetre strengthening belt, polyether foam (system Box) for total and lateral protection of the springs frame. Insulation thanks to a very resistant felt plate on each side.
Eden fabric, jacquard-type, anti-dustmite, antibacteria, fungicid and fireproof treated, quilted on 1200g/m2 white cotton and 10 mm comfort foam, with 4 quilted handles sown on the band, and 4 top range aerators.
Ordering :
Automatic enterings will be considered proofs of nature, content and date of these orders. The latter will be validated by a confirmation email sent to the address given by the customer himself. Walter Literie Européenne has the right to cancel any order sent by a customer with whom a dispute should exist as to a former order. Informations given by the customer at the date of order are the customer's own responsibility. Should an error occur in the customer's or addressee's data, the seller won't be considered as responsible for the impossibility to deliver the items. Orders are definitive only when paid by the customer.
Retraction period :
Legal retraction delay according to clause L 120-20 of the Consumer code, and modified by Bill n° 2001-741 of August 23rd 2001 : the retraction delay is within 7 days after delivery. Retraction excluded (clause 121-20, line 3) in case of personalized items ordered (non-standard sizes, round corners, zippers...). Any exchange, cancelling or refund request must be addressed by registered letter with acknowledgement to the following address : WALTER LITERIE EUROPEENNE 25 RN 50, 62490 FRESNES LES MONTAUBAN.
The returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and instructions. Delivery and return costs remain to the customer's charge. In that case, any taking back of an item will be followed by : either the sending of a refund cheque (amount equal to the item price, without the delivery charge), or a credit in favour of the customer, after having checked the quantity and quality of these returned items.
Delivery notice :
Deliveries are made within timescale stated at the time of order. Deliveries are subject to supplying possibilities of Walter Literie Européenne. No cancelling of order and no damages demands, because of delivery delays, will be accepted.
Delivery timescales will be suspended in case of absolute necessity, total or part time strikes, road accident, fire, flooding, total or partial disasters...
